In order to take advantage of the privacy + view on the sloped side of the hillside lot, we proposed a new lower level basement connected to the main house. The lower level features an expansive lounge with a wet bar, and powder room, and an extended balcony on the lower and main level provide ample room for lounging and entertainment.

A small raised porch connected to the front patio redefines the entrance into the house

The existing living room fixed windows are replaced with sliding glass doors that open up to the front and rear patios to expand the usable sq ft

A new lower level connected by stairs to the main space provides opportunity for entertaining or a guest room, with a roof deck/patio above
INTERIOR REMODEL
Interior finishes, increased ceiling height, a new fireplace, and new windows/doors added to integrate and update design with existing structure
